What do you recycle?

Handprint Inc. offers recycling service to business clients, which includes anything IT related. Whether it is a cable, a server or a industry specific piece of IT equipment we can handle it. Our recycling department breaks down and sorts equipment for proper recycling. All equipment that can be recycled, is recycled!

What is your return policy and warranty?

Handprint Inc. likes to keep things simple for our customers. We offer a 90-day warranty on all products; if you do not like your product or if you have an issue with your product and you would like to return it, replace it, or be given store credit, please reach out to us. We will issue you an RMA number with instructions for returning the item and details regarding the mutually agreed upon solution.

What is Grade C?

Grade C product will show heavy signs of use, which will consist of scratches, scuffs and dents on the outer casing. There may also be cracks on the plastic as well.

What is grade B?

Grade B product has some noticeable sign of use. There will be scratches and scuffs on the casing and the screen may have some minor signs of use – small scratches or knicks.

What is Grade A?

Grade A products have almost no sign of use. There may be a few scuffs on the casing, but the screens are 100% defect free and the overall physical condition is excellent. The casings and accessories to the item, like stylus pens, handstraps and pistol grips and batteries will all be in either grade A or new condition.

New condition is new condition! It is in its original box and includes all original accessories. The box may be opened, but otherwise the product is new.

Refurbished means the product was enhanced and repaired in order to operate as it original intended. This may mean parts have been repaired in the product and it may also mean that the product has not only been repaired but the casing and the accessories have been substituted for new, or working replacements. The ladder definition describes what you can expect from a Grade A product.

When you view an item on our website it will be associated with a condition grade that is either NEW, Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C. The grading scale refers to the physical condition of the item, not the functional condition. All of our products are fully functional and able to be used for the intended purpose, regardless of their grade!
