Return & Cancelation Policy

-If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. As long as we did not ship the product out then we will refund you the full amount without any further action needed. 

-All products include a 3-month or 6-month warranty, which begins on the day the product arrives at its destination. To determine which warranty your product has, please review the “policies” section on the product page. If you would like to return, repair, or exchange your product (if we have a replacement in stock), we will accept it as long as it is in the warranty period, however you will need a return material authorization (RMA) form and number. The RMA form must accompany the package in order to receive a refund. In order to obtain an RMA form, please contact Handprint Inc. at 330-649-2166, or email us at info@handprintinc.com with a subject line that includes your order number and “return request.” 

-With your help, we will complete the RMA form, which will include the following:

  • RMA #
  • Ship from address
  • Return to address
  • Reason for return – defective, damaged or lost in transit, not as described, missing pieces, changed mind, ordered by mistake
  • Solution – repair, replacement, partial refund or ship back and refund
  • Shipping instructions 
  • Product information
  • Original condition and contents
  • Additional comments

**Remember to include the RMA form with package being returned in order to receive a refund. 

Once complete, we will email the form to you. If the solution is ‘ship back and refund’ then the funds will be refunded upon arrival and check-in of the equipment. 

-In order to receive a full refund, including shipping, the product must be in the original condition that it came in and it must include all of the original accessories that we shipped with it and the reason for return must be our fault. If pieces are missing, fair market value of those pieces will be deducted from the refund amount. 

-If the product is damaged in shipment to your location, we will accept responsibility for it and provide you with a full refund, however, we will only accept this reason within the first 3 days of its arrival. 

-In cases where the return is our fault, we will provide a label to return the product to us. If the return reason is due to a change of mind, or a mistake in the purchase then it is your responsibility to ship the product back in its original condition, with all of the original accessories. In cases like this, we will deduct the original shipping amount from the return and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
