When will I receive my order?

Handprint Inc. ships orders out within 1 business day from when the order was placed. For example, if an order is placed on July 10th then it will be shipped no later than July 11th, given that July 11th is a business day. Our default carrier is UPS and the standard shipping service is UPS ground, which takes 1-5 business days to reach any destination within the United States. Please use the map below as a reference, not as a guarantee.

Does Handprint Inc. ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States and we ship anywhere in the world. With that said, If you are an international customer, please contact us at 330-649-2166 and we will provide you with a quote. Please be aware that you are responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival of your item. Also, building an international shipping quote does take time, but if you call us before noon Eastern Standard Daylight time then we will provide it to you within the same day. We insure all orders over $1000USD. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please let us know and we will take care of you!

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. If you are an international customer then shipping cost will be provided to you on a case by case basis.
